BOOKAFLY AFFILIATE PROGRAM — TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the BookAFly Affiliate Program (“Program”). By joining and promoting BookAFly, you (“Affiliate”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Program Overview

BookAFly offers affiliates a flat $20 USD commission for every new VIP Subscription sale generated through their unique affiliate link or assigned promo code.

Affiliates promote the BookAFly VIP Membership, which provides members access to private accommodation rates up to 60% off across 1,000,000+ hotels worldwide.

Affiliates DO NOT earn commissions on individual hotel bookings due to the nature of wholesale pricing and contractual restrictions.

2. Eligibility

To join the Program, you must:

Be at least 18 years old

Provide accurate personal and payment details

Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

BookAFly reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our discretion.

3. Commissions & Payouts

3.1 Commission Amount

Affiliates earn $20 USD per new VIP Subscription sold through:

Their unique affiliate link

Their assigned promo code

3.2 Valid Sales

A sale is considered valid when:

The customer completes a paid VIP membership

The affiliate link or promo code is properly attributed

The customer is not already an existing VIP member

The purchase is genuine and free from fraud, bots, or self-referrals

3.3 Payout Schedule

Payouts are made monthly

Payout methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, or Wise

Minimum payout threshold: No minimum

BookAFly reserves the right to withhold commissions for up to 30 days to verify sale validity

3.4 No Commission for Cancellations or Chargebacks

If a customer cancels, disputes, or issues a chargeback, the commission for that sale is void.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates agree to:

Promote BookAFly truthfully and accurately

Use approved messaging when referencing savings up to 60% off

Avoid misleading or exaggerated claims

Not alter or misrepresent BookAFly branding

Immediately remove any prohibited content if notified by BookAFly

Affiliates must comply with the rules and advertising policies of:

TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google, and any platform they promote on.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

5.1 Brand Bidding

Affiliates may NOT bid on BookAFly brand terms, including but not limited to:

“BookAFly”, “BookAFly VIP”, “BookAFly membership”, “BookAFly deals”, “BookAFly hotels”.

5.2 Misleading Claims

Affiliates may not:

Falsely guarantee savings

Claim prices always beat every competitor

Fabricate price comparison screenshots

5.3 Spam & Unethical Promotion

Affiliates may not:

Use spam emails, bots, fake accounts

Use forced clicks or cookie stuffing

Post adult, hateful, violent or illegal content

5.4 Self-Referrals

Affiliates may not sign up for VIP using their own link or code.

5.5 Coupon Abuse

Promo codes must not be posted on coupon websites or discount databases unless explicitly approved.

6. Intellectual Property

BookAFly grants Affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use official branding materials solely for Program promotion.

Buzz the Red Fly, the BookAFly logo, and all brand assets remain exclusive property of BookAFly.

Affiliates may NOT:

Edit the BookAFly emblem/logo

Recreate or alter Buzz the Red Fly

Use BookAFly branding for unrelated offers

7. Termination

BookAFly reserves the right to terminate or suspend any affiliate account immediately if:

Fraudulent activity is detected

Misleading advertising is used

Program rules are violated

Affiliate damages BookAFly’s brand reputation

Upon termination:

All unpaid commissions may be forfeited

Affiliate must cease using links, promo codes, and brand assets

8. Modifications to the Program

BookAFly may update commission structures, Terms, policies, or program rules at any time.

Affiliates will be notified via email or dashboard update.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

BookAFly is not liable for:

Lost earnings

Platform downtimes

Tracking inaccuracies due to user error or third-party issues

Payment processor delays

Affiliate participation is entirely at your own risk.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in NSW courts.

11. Agreement

By joining the BookAFly Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
